I got this for my husband after reading the description. He's a veteran with PTSD and he's also still recovering for a TBI from a car wreck we were in. The relief of not feeling terrified all the time had him in joyous tears of disbelief. It's been a long journey of this or that doctor giving him this pill or that pill. So many pills you can't even tell what's a side effect and what's a symptom anymore. We're almost pill free, and I think this tincture can help get back to some level of normalcy
